Lancaster man pleads guilty to rape, arson charges

WORCESTER, Mass. (AP) -- A Lancaster man has been sentenced to up to 18 years in prison after pleading guilty to raping a 17-year-old girl in Clinton, tying her to her bed, and then setting fire to her apartment.
