Jury foreman dismissed after grabbing drinks

S PRINGFIELD -- The foreman of a jury hearing a case in federal court in Springfield last week was dismissed after he was caught on surveillance video loading drinks that belonged to a U.S. congressman’s aide into his own vehicle.
